Terms of Use: Sudoku Offline

These terms are between you and Meher Bajjuri, publishing as CleanBuilds ("we"). By using Sudoku Offline ("the app") you agree to them. They're short on purpose.
- Free to use. The app is free. It's supported by ads, which you can switch off at any time in the app at no cost. Nothing in the app is for sale.
- Your licence. You may install and use the app on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, sell, decompile or redistribute the app or its puzzles, except where the law allows it.
- Our content. The app, its design and its puzzles (generated by our own software) belong to us. Third-party parts (for example the Inter font and open-source libraries) belong to their owners and are used under their licences.
- Ads. Ads are provided by Google. We don't control or endorse what an ad offers, and anything you do after tapping an ad is between you and the advertiser. See our Privacy Policy for what Google collects.
- As is. The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that your progress can't be lost (for example if you clear the app's data).
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it (nothing). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
- Changes and ending. We may update the app or these terms; the current version is always at https://cleanbuilds.dev/sudoku/terms/. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
